Shoe #2

The second shoe has dropped. Congress must cut off funding now and call for hearings. Beck scores again.  And it’s going viral. The stenographers aren’t happy. Is O’Keefe the new Drudge of Youtube?

Not one dollar of taxpayer money should be going to ACORN or any of its affiliates. I have never been involved in protesting or political activities but I am about to start becoming an activist. Shame on the Senate and House of Representatives for not demanding an investigation into thie corrupt group. They were corrupt before these latest videos were released. There can bo do denial or cover up now. The writing is on the wall ARE YOU GUYS GOING TO READ IT!

  2. Joe says:

I can only hope that happens, but unless there is massive public outrage the Dems and the MSM will cover for ACORN on this, claiming it is just some isolated incidents.

Talking about double standards, here is another one:

Andrew Sullivan is apparently above the law too.

Frankly, I could care less about a small amount of dope for personal use (and I do not use the stuff myself, prefering Feddie’s recommended Blanton’s), but I do care when someone gets preferential criminal treatment over the average guy who gets caught getting high/possession in a park. But apparently the double standard is alive and well.

    Another score update:

    Beck: 6
    Obama: 0

    Soooo… how “harmless” is Beck?

    ;o)

    Running tally:

    Jones resigns.
    Acorn fires 2 workers.
    Census Bureau severs ties w/Acorn
    Acorn fires 2 more workers.

Beck and O’Keefe are turning the tables and using Alinsky’s rules against the Obamamites. Maybe they’ve read The Art of War.

  5. Muskrat says:

Ummm… OK. Four ACORN workers fired. One of ACORN’s contracts terminated. How does this translate to “bigger than Watergate”? Where does this folk belief come from that ACORN is so important? They could declare bankruptcy tomorrow and turn over the keys to Glenn Beck — and what? He’d find the real birth certificate? What’s supposed to come of this (other than the felony prosecution of the videographer)?

Oh, forget it. Keep counting shoes. Whatever passes the time.

  6. Grover Gardner says:

“Beck and O’Keefe are turning the tables and using Alinsky’s rules against the Obamamites.”

Good. Funding, shmunding. ACORN should be shut down. Permanently.

  7. Outstanding. It’s definitely a start. Scrutiny must continue upon ACORN, as it must with Obama’s ties to same. After all, it was The Messiah himself who stated that he would allow ACORN to help shape his policy. Besides that, The One’s involvement with ACORN is a long, long one.

Recall…during his campaign, The One said, “Judge me by the people with whom I surround myself.” Ok, you got it Mr. President.

  8. Joe says:

Baltimore prosecutors may go after O’Keefe…

Could they be that stupid? Where is the legal defense fund site so I can contribute?

  9. Davy Buck says:

Joe – Yes, they can be. Liberals are often that arrogant. How about a counter suit of malicious prosecution, malfeasance (for not going after Acorn), etc? If you find the fund, let me know. I’d like to contribute as well.
