aa tombstone

Just came down the wire. Coincidentally [or perhaps not], I tuned in for a little schadenfreude this morning, and after the Scott Brown victory, they were in particularly miserable form.

Details here. R.I.P., if that means it stays dead.

Great news. Now for this administration….

  2. Good riddance. Air America was a huge entrepreneurial farce from the get go. It was financed and founded out of irrational liberal emotion as opposed to addressing a legitimate market need. If it weren’t for the grace of left-wing financiers, it would have folded long ago. The liberals can retreat to their strongholds in the MSM broadcast and print media and suck their thumbs. All hail the power of consumer demand.

  3. The demise of this travesty was truly a foregone conclusion if ever there were one. Indeed I was surprised too that they managed to last this much longer after their bankruptcy in 2006. Guess when you have a listener base which, on your best day, amounts to the population of Birmingham, all of whom harbor contempt for capitalism, it’s tough to stick around…

God has been good to us this week. Lee and Jackson’s birthday, “Ted Kennedy’s” seat went to a Republican who vowed to stop Kennedy’s lifelong goal of socializing our healthcare, Pelosi and company have all but surrendered on healthcare, SCOTUS overturned much of McCain-Feingold, and Air America bites the dust.

Wow, all during the holidays, my spirit was overshadowed by a feeling of impending doom – what a difference a week can make – my cup runneth over!

  5. Amen Davy. To digress somewhat, if I may:

and, some counsel of which I often find myself in need of reminding, particularly during times such as these:

    Thanks for the links JL

Well it had no real talent and too much competition from CNN and the Networks. Plus the Senate and MSNBC stole its clown act.
