Stealth-
A Catholic who supports torture would be in the same position.
A Catbolic can, in good conscience, believe that the DP is sometimes necessary.
And to the extent that supporting an “unprovoked war” means supporting an “unjust war,” that too would preclude a Catholic from receiving communion in a worthy manner.

Well, by my count, no Catholic senators are both for a total abortion ban and voted for the Intelligence Authorization Conference Report, which applied the Army Field Manual to the entire government, so none of them should be receiving today.
