W : Pretend Conservative?

Bruce Bartlett’s new book, Impostor : How George W. Bush Bankrupted America and Betrayed the Reagan Legacy, will be out Feb. 28. This topic is sure to hit a beehive with a stick. You can hear Bartlett make his case to the liberal (I really, really like Al Franken) Terry Gross on National Peoples’ Radio. It makes me ponder where the conservative movement will be in 2008.

One Rebel Yell to “W : Pretend Conservative?”

  1. Sic Semper Tyrannis Says:

In 2008 the Conservative movement will be where it always is, in parties that aren’t the GOP. True Conservatives don’t vote for Republicans, and don’t support the expansion of government for any reason, even a phony war on terror (i.e. the gaping hole in our security called the border with Mexico).

Keep living the lie y’all neocon Bush idolators. With your help we may even be able to parse government back to an acceptable FDR style American system.
