This is Huckabee Calling Damage Control

“Come in, Damage Control. Come in. Anyone? Someone? Please, please, please read my op-ed where I take full responsibility for commuting the sentence Maurice Clemmons, but then explain how it was really a group decision and if presented with the same facts, I’d make the same decision.”

Mike, your fifteen minutes were up right after you famously lost all that weight. Really. You were ill-equipped to run for President. Now you’re just showing that you are ill-equipped to lead because not only do you fail to take responsibility for your actions, but you show that, quite frankly, you’re not interested in learning anything from what has now been shown to be a gargantuan mistake.

Truly, a man without a chest.

The latest from Huckabee

From Politico:

“It really does show how sick our society has become that people are more concerned about a campaign three years from now than those grieving families in Washington,” Huckabee said during an interview on Joe Scarborough’s radio show. “It is disgusting, but people use anything as a political weapon.”

What Governor Huckabee apparently does not understand is that the questions raised about his leadership concern whether his judgments as Arkansas’ chief executive helped bring about the grief these families are now suffering. So, in reality, Gov. Huckabee wants us to focus on the grief but only insofar as it does not involve raising inquires about his responsibility. He’s a Peter Pan in an Osama Bin Laden world.

WASHINGTON POLICE ASSASSIN WAS PREVIOUSLY PARDONED BY HUCKABEE

Huckabee’s bad judgement has come full circle. Apparently, his judgement on clemency while governor was soooo bad that the people of Arkansas actually considered amending the state constitution in order to curtail his ill-informed promiscuous grants of clemency to violent criminals.

Huckabee must never be allowed anywhere near a Republican presidential primary, much less the presidency!

Hat tip to Ace of Spades for the heads up.

Huckabee on the GOP

By Mr. MacIan (Email) @ 11:43 am

Like him or hate him (and I happen to like him), Mike Huckabee is right about this:

Here’s what I find: People that are social conservatives are also economic conservatives. But a lot of the economic conservatives are not social conservatives. Throw the social conservatives the pro-life, pro-family people overboard and the Republican party will be as irrelevant as the Whigs.

Read the entire interview.
